What You’ll Do
Job Description

Job Summary: As a 3D artist, you will be responsible for creating 3D models and textures based on the directions from Leads, and Art Directors to make technically and artistically sound assets. Work with a group of experts from different fields – art, tech, design, audio, animation, etc. As part of this company, you will have the opportunity to bring value to the Asprocity communities and have a direct impact on the tech world from the first day. Job Responsibilities: Create realistic, high-quality 3D models and textures for architecture, organic and inorganic props in accordance with the artistic direction, production timelines, and technical specifications. Rigging, Lighting, Sculpturing, Texturing & Rendering the 3d Models. Sculpt/Model, UV, texture and create materials for the PBR pipeline. Validate the assets in the given, and make improvements where necessary, to fit technical constraints and artistic direction. Collaborate with level designers and the tech team for making a better artwork experience.
Qualifications:

A Graduation, Master's, or Diploma in Fine arts / Animation or a relevant work experience in animation, gaming & VFX industry, or Home Schooled in relevant fields. -
Knowledge and experience working with Autodesk Maya, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Hand-on experience working with 3D packages, like 3dsmax, Blender, Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, etc.), Substance Painter & zBrush will be a strong advantage.

Good understanding of proportions, architecture, modular asset creation, hard surface & organic modeling.

Excellent knowledge of PBR workflows. (Fur/Metallic/ Roughness, Specular/ Gloss)

Experience in making efficient UVs with an understanding of trim, tile-able, non-square, and atlas texture workflows.

Experience working with real-time rendering tools.

Work closely with other departments, and suggest ideas and solutions for making better artwork.

Aesthetic ability to improve details with minimal concept and art direction.

A strong portfolio demonstrating 3d Artwork art with processes and techniques used. Nice to have:

Great Organizational skills, proactive in knowledge sharing, open to constructive criticism & autonomous.

Experience with version control and bug-tracking tools.

Knowledge of Substance Designer, Houdini & Nuke will be a plus.
Note: This is an Unpaid Internship for 6 months after which you will be elevated to Employment with an industry-standard salary. Initially, it Is a remote internship.
